My experience with afrihost has been very pleasant, agent Nqobile N displayed excellent customer service, when an enquiry had arisen and I needed assistance, this agent was very knowledgeable and understood what I needed and was very patient, I am very proud to be a client of afrihost if this is the service I am to receive from every agent. Like I said previously give this one a bells, if not a raise.

Afrihost service is really tops. Love how they're available on WhatsApp and are quick to respond and helpful. They have never given me any good reason to consider any other provider and they just keep up the good work. Awesome.

I am struggling for 4 days with Supersonic with no luck!! I will never ever recommend them. I have contacted Afrihost and immediately got service and excellent service too. I will definitely recommend Afrihost to anybody, especially for working moms doing meetings and homeschooling in lockdown where you need internet

Poor service from the Agents I dealt with when cancelling my account. Dealt with 2 different Agents both on phone and WhatsApp, they showed no empathy and poor customer experience. I was relocating and needed my current line to cancelled which they could not help without any attempt to do so. Now I am unable to cancel my Telkom line because Afrihost is unable to release the line from their side even though I no longer am using their services. In this time and age, I find this customer experience extremely poor. Won't be returning back to Afrihost in my new residence just because of this poor experience.
